It is open to women or groups of women who live, work or study in the City of Yarra and who have made a significant contribution to the community through paid or unpaid work, volunteering, or simply being inspirational.

These values include service, commitment, leadership, endurance, courage, innovation, performance, persuasion and generosity. In 2015, Baby Love Music Fun was announced a finalist in the category of Children’s Services.
